Other areas of business coaching include working with teams to develop leaders both professionally and personally. Linda utilizes DiSC® insight assessments in areas of coaching, training and development efforts. Additionally she offers Human Resources consulting to attract and hire the right employees, as well as implementing best-in-class HR practices to insure that company policies and procedures are adequate to cover the scope of business operations. One area of specialty that Linda offers is grief coaching within the work place coaching individuals, teams and managers in organizations to effectively manage a period of grief and loss.
